Directions: Shake vigorously in the jar to mix it up well. Then remove the lid and put about a quarter sized amount on your skin and exfoliate.

Tips and things to remember:

Remember to not apply to much pressure when exfoliating and test on a small part of your body as with any natural ingredients every' s skin type is different. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and wash skin immediately. Only use once or twice a week and never exfoliate every day.

Caution: This product contains oil that will cause surfaces to become slippery. For external use only , avoid contact with eyes and open wounds
